The cruise ship brings haute cuisine to the high seas

Celebrity Beyond, the newest ship in Celebrity Cruises’ ultra-luxurious fleet, is a ship that takes luxury experiences seriously.

Especially the culinary experiences. There are a total of 32 dining options on board the ship, including fifteen restaurants, five cafes and twelve bars and lounges.

Last but not least Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud; the first restaurant at sea by the internationally renowned and Michelin-starred chef.

Boulud expanded his role as Celebrity Cruises’ global culinary ambassador, working with Jouin Manku – the team responsible for designing the Jules Verne restaurant in the Eiffel Tower – to create an environment as decadent as the menu itself .

Le Voyage offers both a la carte and five-course tasting menus, featuring slow-baked loup de mer with za’atar, “Riviera” tuna carpaccio, Argentinian filet mignon a la plancha, and more — all with matching wine pairings.

Elsewhere on the ship, acclaimed designers Nate Berkus and Kelly Hoppen CBE have reimagined several of the brand’s signature venues – including Sunset Bar, Cyprus Restaurant, Rooftop Garden Rooftop Grill, Cafe al Bacio and Mast Bar – with new signature dishes to boot.

“On Celebrity Beyond alone, we are proud to welcome more than 300 talented chefs from over 30 countries to ensure we can offer truly global cuisine at our stunning collection of new luxury venues,” says the Vice President, Food and Beverage from Celebrity Cruises, Cornelius Gallagher – himself a star chef.

There are also two exclusive restaurants for guests of “The Retreat” and “AquaClass”.

Luminae at The Retreat offers floor-to-ceiling panoramic views to match Iconic Suites and an exclusive menu, also curated by Boulud, while Blu offers a new “clean kitchen” and an extensive list of sustainable, biodynamic wines for AquaClass guests offers.

Though some of the ship’s restaurants have a fee, including Le Voyage, the ship’s complimentary dining options include four main restaurants, which offer many signature dishes inspired by specific regions of the world, and drop-in restaurants like juice bars and poolside grills .

And the luxury doesn’t stop there.

As a longtime trusted partner of Celebrity Cruises, Starboard Cruise Services (an LVMH Moët Hennessy company) offers an exclusively curated shopping experience featuring many First-at-Sea brands and the world’s most recognized luxury brands including Bulgari, Cartier, Gucci and Montblanc.

Sprawling 8,966 square feet among many of the ship’s most fabulous restaurants, the Celebrity Shops provide the perfect excuse for some pre- or post-dinner shopping.

Stella McCartney, Marni and What Goes Around Comes Around (the leader in vintage luxury offering rare designer handbags and accessories from Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci and more) make their ocean debut on board.
