PHD wins pitch from Celebrity Cruises
Luxury cruise and travel brand Celebrity Cruises has added PHD Australia to its media account following a pitch. Effective immediately, PHD will be responsible for all offline and online media activities in Australia and New Zealand. PHD will work closely with Celebrity as the company aims for a strong return to growth as travel restrictions ease.

BCM wins Hog’s Breath Cafe Pitch
The restaurant chain The Hog’s Breath Cafe has appointed BCM Group as its agency for integrated creative and marketing services after an extensive pitching process. BCM will lead all marketing for the group, aiming to drive brand rejuvenation and business growth across the national restaurant chain.

Havas Media Melbourne wins award wines
Havas Media Melbourne has been named media agency for Accolade Wines following a competition and will work for brands including Grant Burge, Hardys, Petaluma, St Hallett, Croser, Houghton, Jam Shed and Yarra Burn.

Responsibilities include media strategy, planning and buying for the entire portfolio of brands and includes planning and buying for global campaigns due to the agency’s early exceptional results.

OMD Brisbane wins pitch from Abano Healthcare
The Abano Healthcare Group account in Australia, following a competitive pitch process, has consolidated its media agency account in Australia with OMD as the sole agency partner. Abano Healthcare Group is a dental charity with Australian brands such as Maven Dental and 1300Smiles Dentists.

Mindshare wins the Victorian Labor Party’s pitch
According to industry insiders, Mindshare has won the media agency’s pitch for the Victoria affiliate of Australia’s Labor Party (ALP). The agency competed against OMD and dentsu.

Omnicom wins Cole’s pitch
Coles Group, a top 10 advertiser, creates its own specialist agency, Smith Street, with Omnicom winning its pitch.
The move follows what Coles described as a “robust” four-and-a-half-month RFP process for its marketing services. The supermarket group disclosed its agency list in March for the first time in more than a decade.

Edge wins the pitch from Hearing Australia
Hearing Australia – the hearing services and research organization – has named Edge as its media agency partner following a competitive pitch.
Edge is tasked with increasing the awareness and impact of the Hearing Australia brand to help even more people across the country hear better.

Howatson+Company wins TK Maxx pitch
Howatson+Company announced it has been named Agency of Record for TK Maxx in Australia following a competitive pitch process. The appointment is effective immediately.
Howatson+Company provides brand strategy, creation and production for TK Maxx, an off-price retailer dedicated to providing an ever-changing selection of branded, designer and other quality fashion apparel at great value.
