Two cruise lines, Princess Cruises and Crystal Cruises, have announced special rates for solo travelers, including a line that is offering its first ever zero single surcharge.
Crystal Cruises launched its first zero single surcharge on 15 Caribbean and Mediterranean cruises in 2022. Prices for the six-star luxury cruise line start at $ 2,299 with savings of up to $ 4,000 per stateroom.
Cruises that have the zero single surcharge on Crystal Symphony are one-week cruises to the Caribbean from Miami and San Juan from January to March 2022. Mediterranean cruises without a single supplement are cruises of seven, eight and ten nights from Lisbon, Venice, London, and Monte Carlo in April, June and August 2022.
“Solo travelers are an important segment for Crystal and after our successful introduction of the Solo Suites on board Crystal Mozart, which are available on all voyages without a single supplement, we wanted to offer our ocean guests traveling alone the same opportunity to take advantage of the unbelievable added value and convenience, that this promotion offers, “said Carmen Roig, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Crystal.
The individual tariffs apply to categories with a sea view on selected Crystal Symphony trips and can be combined with FCC and FCP vouchers and the Crystal Assured Savings Program (CASP).
Specific dates included in the promotion are available at Crystalcruises.com. Guests must book by January 5, 2022 to take advantage of these special solo fares with a reduced $ 100 deposit on select crossings.
Princess Cruises also has special offers for single travelers, with the single room surcharge for last-minute cruises starting at 100% to 110% of the cruise price.
These fares are currently available on select cruises from November 2021 to February 2022 from Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, San Francisco to the Caribbean, California Coast, Getaways, Mexico and the Panama Canal.
